Many others lose any chances of this at the fifth minute and there are some poor guys who cannot even manage an appointment. What distinguishes these people actually is not the “luck” but the ability to communicate - a vital skill, whose development has become a reason for several sciences to be established …

Not only do we never have a second chance to make first impression – almost all of our communication with the others is very important since it has a particular purpose. It does not matter whether we speak to business partners, clients, colleagues, friends or relatives or whether we do this at an office meeting, corporate event, presentation, cocktail or just over a coffee – we always want something and very frequently what we want is not easy to achieve.

Communications skills are what differentiate us from our competitors. The right approach could open every door, but the wrong one could slam the one already opened in our face.

This is why it is very important to have excellent communications skills, to speak well the “body language” (90% of communication is non-verbal!!!), to know the tricks, quickly to distinguish the audience types and to choose the right approach and to know what to request and how.
